Materials: Copper Clay hollow beads formed from the rock.
Household copper wire pulled to different gauges
Glass seed beads
Rubber tubing
Techniques: Copper clay molded over the rock in two stages, assembled as a
hollow bead, and fired at a temperature of 1750 degrees for 3 hours in coconut
carbon.
Household wire remnants stripped, pulled through a wire gauge draw plate and
hardened by hammering.
The Nunatukavut spent many winters in Indjun/Indian
Hr. near Cartwright, Labrador. A tiny rock picked
along this shoreline while visiting the archaeological
dig there this summer inspired this pendant and
earrings set.
We use recycled
copper to create wire

our Jewellery.
