Shipping
Method: Canada Post; Surface Mail
As most of my items are made to order, shipping will take place between 2 to 3 weeks from your payment. I always send an e-mail to your account letting you know the date of shipment (please check your spam folder).
Shipping Cost: Free within North America
International Customer: I include an invoice with each package that corresponds with the customs form stating the full purchase price of each order. Please be aware your country may charge additional customs duty and/or import taxes for which you will be responsible.
Payment Method
PayPal
Paypal is super easy to use, secure and you don’t even have to have an account, you can simply pay with your credit card.
Your invoice will indicate Mealy Mountain Gallery.
Taxes
Within Canada: GST/HST is applicable for participating provinces. For all other provinces, GST will be applied. Taxes are based on your shipping address.
Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds are not provided. If the item doesn’t meet your expectations, I will exchange it for another listed item of your choice that is of equal value.
NOTE: Buyer pays shipping costs for the exchange.
Additional Information
All items are handcrafted from original designs. Most pieces are unique because they are also hand formed. As a result, the measurements and shape may vary slightly from the description and picture shown.
